Founded in 2019, Tchit Bubbletea was one of the earliest dedicated bubble tea shops in Aberdeen.
At a time when bubble tea was still unfamiliar to many people in the city, Miss Wu opened the doors on King Street with a simple belief:
"A good cup of tea can brighten someone's day."
What began as a small independent shop has since become a place where people return for familiar favourites, new flavours, and small moments of comfort in everyday life.

2019
Tchit opens its doors on King Street — one of the first dedicated bubble tea shops in Aberdeen. 沏茶在阿伯丁开业，成为当地最早的奶茶店之一。

Our brand was originally called Seventea, before becoming Tchit Bubbletea.
"Tchit" comes from the sound of the Chinese word for brewing tea — the quiet moment when tea leaves slowly unfold in hot water.
It reflects how we believe every drink should be made: carefully, patiently, and with attention to every detail.
"泃"取自"沏茶"的谐音，象征一颗小苗小芽，在热水中慢慢舒展——正如我们对每一杯奶茶的态度：用心、耐心、注重每一个细节。
